Energy is average watts multiplied by hours. An illustrative 30W load over eight hours uses 240Wh at the load; a 60W load uses 480Wh. If you assume 85% conversion efficiency, those examples need about 283Wh and 565Wh of battery capacity before adding reserve. Efficiency is an estimate, and an overnight measurement with your own machine is more useful than a universal runtime claim.
